Consumer Madness!

Welcome to my consumer blog. I have to admit it, I'm getting a little older but also a little wiser, pickier and I say my mind. My friends gave me the nom de plumb "Short and Obnoxious" for a reason. Does that mean that you have to be obnoxious to get results? No. Actually, it just means that you don't give up. It also means that you pick your battles. Sometimes experience counts for something. I'm going to share with you some consumer problems I've had and how I've solved them. If you have a story, I'd love to hear it. I won't be able to publish everything and I may summarize your words but I'll try to choose things that might be helpful to our audience. If you have a problem, I might be able to suggest some steps that will lead you to a solution. However, please don't be a whiner. If you caused your own problem, don't blame it on someone else. You know what I'm talkin' about.
